My Story
I didn’t grow up around wellness. I hadn’t even heard of hummus or avocados until college. I wasn’t athletic, and no matter how “healthy” I ate, I always felt like my body was working against me. When I was finally diagnosed with PCOS after college, everything clicked. I wasn’t lazy. I wasn’t broken. I just hadn’t been given the tools that actually worked for my body. I learned how to eat for fuel. I figured out the workouts that helped instead of drained me.
But then… motherhood.
The sleepless nights. The mental load. The 24/7 everything. Self-care? That felt like a luxury for people who had help — or time. I didn’t want motherhood to be a blur of chaos and survival mode.
So I simplified everything. I started with 10-minute timers. I’d walk — even if it was just to the mailbox. I’d clean one room. Make one meal. Move my body for just 10 minutes.
That was the beginning — and honestly, I still use those same rhythms today. I became a certified coach so I could help other exhausted moms who feel invisible, frustrated, and like their spark is buried under laundry, schedules, and a body that’s shifted without their permission. I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to overhaul your life. You don’t need to be more disciplined, more perfect, or more like her. You just need someone who sees you — and a plan that actually fits your real life.
That’s what I do.
I coach moms like you to feel strong, clear, confident, and joyful again — even in the chaos.
